Shipping & Returns
Orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days from receipt via USPS for Domestic Shipments and Global Priority for International Shipments.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt. We charge a 20% restocking fee for all returns and refund does not include shipping costs. We only accept items that have not been used, worn, or washed. Please return your item with a copy of the original invoice to the address below and the reason for your return.
Music and DVDs may only be returned if factory sealed.
If your order was incorrectly fulfilled or flawed in any way, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or at (858) 461-8347 and let us know. Unsatisfactory items will be accepted up to 30 days from date of purchase. We will then send you the correct (or unflawed) item, along with a self addressed/stamped envelope for you to send the incorrect (or flawed) item back to us.
If the item purchased is unsatisfactory because a different size or item is desired, then you will need to send the item back to us for EXCHANGE ONLY. Please include a note letting us know what you would like instead and $5 for the first item ($7 for hoodies), $2.50 for each additional item to pay for shipping and handling ($10 for international orders, $2.50 for each additional item). You may send a check or money order made payable to Bandfarm. Please check the website and see if the item you are wanting to exchange is in stock (sizes). Also, please make sure that your shipping address for the new item is clear. Please note that there may be a customs fee if you are ordering outside of the United States.
